Return and Refund Policy

At Houndround, your satisfaction is our priority. We want to ensure that both you and your furry friend are happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day guarantee on all our products! If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your unused item within 30 days from the order date. Please note that return shipping costs apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all parts included, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

Please note: To qualify for a refund, you must contact us at info@houndrounds.com and use the return label we provide. Returns sent without prior authorization or without our return label will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the situation and make it right for you!

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of the order date and let us know which product you'd like in exchange. The returned items must be in their original condition (unused and in the original packaging). Shipping fees may apply.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your return is approved for a refund. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Note: If the item is returned in a used condition, with missing parts, or is the incorrect item, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

Orders that have already shipped are ineligible for cancellations. All orders are typically processed and shipped within 12-48 hours. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once received, following our return procedure. Please contact info@houndrounds.com for order cancellations or return requests.
